Dust is driving me insane like bearings start grinding, belts squeak, prints go off mid-job because the rails feel like sandpaper. Nevada air is no joke. I’ve started sketching out a filtered enclosure with cheap PC fan filters and a small air intake, but before I waste time cutting panels, has anyone actually made something like that work long-term? Even my commercial printer isn’t safe; the fans pull in dust no matter what. I’m half tempted to build a positive pressure box with a fan filter setup. Anyone here already tried that? I’d love to know if it’s overkill or the only real fix for printing in this kind of climate.
