What Is Causing This

My printer is Kobra 3 Max with a new print head unit. This is the first print with the new print head and I woke up this morning to this mess The first layer looked great then this

When I tried it again I got this mess. Again the first layer was prefct Also, what could be causing this?

As you see in both picture there is a lot filament crumbs. Along with a lot of filaments caked on to the nozzle, This tells me filament is leaking around the nozzle. Which I do not understand because of the nozzle design.

. Does anyone have any clues what is causing this? I am using a new freash reel of E-Sun PETG filament. With nozzle at 230C and bed 75C.

It looks like under-extrusion. I would def look at the new nozzle - make sure it's installed correctly. Maybe some filament was in there when you changed nozzle and kept the new nozzle from seating correctly??

I'd try some different filament to see if it does the same thing- maybe PLA?
