Anyone else starting their holiday prints early this year?

Anyone else already fired up their printers for holiday gifts? I keep telling myself I’ll start early every year, then somehow end up printing until midnight the week before Christmas. This year I’m trying to get ahead of it and maybe even design a few things myself instead of just grabbing models off Printables. What’s everyone making this time around? I’m thinking about small personalized stuff like cookie cutters, desk organizers, or maybe something for the kids. Bonus points if it doesn’t take twelve hours to print. Always open to new ideas, especially ones that look good without needing a ton of post-processing.

Starting early is honestly the move this year. Once December hits, everyone’s printers suddenly remember how to misbehave. Quick-print gifts like ornaments or small desk organizers tend to save a lot of stress. Are you leaning more toward one-off items for each person, or batches of the same design?

I’m trying to avoid the Christmas rush this time, so I’ve been playing around with small decorations and custom cookie cutters. They print fast, look cute, and don’t need sanding which is nice. I might try a couple of lithophanes again, but only for people who won’t mind the lines showing a bit.

Every year I swear I’ll start holiday prints early… and every year I’m speed-running projects at midnight like it’s a boss fight. I actually started in November this time so I don’t hate myself later. Fast prints like cookie cutters or small decorations save my sanity.

Haha that midnight boss-fight rush gets me every single year too. I’m kinda impressed you managed to start earlier this month because I blinked and suddenly November’s almost over again. I’m catching up now with the quicker stuff like cookie cutters and tiny decorations since they don’t take forever to finish. Honestly feels good to just see prints actually wrapping up in the same day. Appreciate the nudge… I should probably stick to fast prints before December gets wild again.
