Anyone else tempted by the new eco filaments?

I keep seeing all these recycled filament spools popping up online and honestly, the prices look pretty tempting. Some brands are claiming the same print quality as standard PLA but at a lower cost and with less waste. I’m not super picky with surface finish as long as the layers stay clean and the print doesn’t warp halfway through.

Has anyone here actually tried these recycled filaments for regular prints? Do they really hold up, or do they just end up being more trouble than they’re worth? I’ve been thinking of ordering a couple of rolls just to test things out, but I’d love to hear what everyone else’s experience has been before I gamble on a bulk deal.

Performance can vary depending on the batch. Recycled filament sometimes absorbs moisture faster too. A quick dry before printing might make all the difference.
