Dragged outlines

I can't seem to get my outlines in one piece because the nozzle keeps dragging them around and it ends up peeling up the details instead of laying them down clean. Its and Ender 3 and I've checked my bed level and temps, but it almost looks like the lines don't have enough stick before the nozzle comes back across them. Sometimes it's just the fine outlines that lift, but once that happens the rest of the print gets messy too consequentially

Check your first layer speed. If it's still set too fast (40–50 mm/s), the filament doesn't have time to stick before the nozzle circles back. Dropping to 15–20 mm/s on the first layer solved the dragging outlines for me.

I’ve had that exact thing happen where only thin outlines lift and then everything snowballs. For me it was first layer speed plus nozzle being a hair too close. Dropping speed and raising Z just a tiny bit made a big difference.
