I'm here as a result of the admin invite from the model engineer forum, I started with a Manual lathe around 30 years ago and after using various milling attachments on the lathe I added a small mill around 7 years later, around 12 years ago I bought a problematic small ex-educational CNC, fixed it up, learned CAD/CAM in order to use it, expanded it from 3 axis to 4 axis and learned CNC. 6 years ago I bought a 4 axis VMC and then after the first UK Covid lockdown I bought a 2 axis CNC lathe with bar puller, I've been 3D printing for around 7 years, starting with FDM and then expanding into Resin around 3 years ago.
My prints are mostly functional parts and accessories for products I design and manufacture In House with my CNC machines, but I do also find resin printing invaluable for rapid prototyping new designs.
