Help with print weight.

I don't have a printer, so I'm relying on the public library which prints everything in PLA and won't allow me to specify the infill settings, so what they print is what I get. I'm trying to get this model's center of gravity toward the top without adding a lot of extra weight to the nose. Any suggestions on how to do that? I'm thinking if I had the option to use different filament materials, It could probably work.
