Hi Everyone. I've been 3D printing for about a year now, have a Qidi Q1 Pro. My background is in Mechanical Design, started in AutoCAD back in the day, but only use FreeCAD these days. I run a small machine shop at my house making custom parts for various things. Had a need to do "plastic" parts, hence my dive into 3D printing. Vast majority of what I do is PETG, rare occasions ABS for higher heat tolerance applications.

Always looking for tips and tricks on anything, or just bouncing ideas around, etc

Hi Alan. Right now, not much going on from a project perspective. I have a thread in the "Bed Leveling & Adhesion Issues" forum, as I'm trying to sort out taco-bed issue with a Q1. Blurolls3D turned out to be a real pain to deal with, but now working with Keenovo on a custom pad as a solution for the Bluerolls bed plate. If this all works out, I can get back to make'n parts, lol.
