How Do I Contact Support

I need to contact Anycibic Alicer Next support team..
I cannot set the fan speed for the different filaments (PLA, PETG) and change from PETG to PLA. Yes, I have changed the flimanet presets.

Good luck contacting Anycubic… their support page feels like a mini-quest. The official route is the form on their website, plus they usually want screenshots and the gcode. For your fan issue, the Alicer Next has a weird quirk where the preset switches but the fan curve doesn’t refresh unless you reboot the machine. I thought mine was broken until I gave it the old “turn it off and on again.” Might save you a support ticket.

Best way to reach Anycubic is through their support form or the in-app link. For the fan issue, you might also want to check if the slicer is overriding your printer’s preset. Some profiles lock fan speeds by default. When you swap from PETG to PLA, does the printer display actually confirm the new preset, or does it keep the previous one?
