Living room 3D printing and air quality

I came across this paper on emissions from 3D printing and it got me thinking about my own setup. My Ender 3 V2 runs PLA and PETG in the living room and while the prints look fine, I’m wondering if I should move it or add an enclosure with filters. Would a Prusa Enclosure actually cut down on particles or is ventilation the only real answer?

yeah, an enclosure helps, but ventilation is the only true answer for particulate matter. If you're running PETG in the living room, you absolutely need to vent outdoors.
A Prusa Enclosure is great for noise/temp stability, but it won't handle the ultrafine particles without a proper fan and duct leading outside

If I ran a vent outside, would a simple inline fan setup be enough or do I need something stronger to handle PETG?
