3D print a chain like layout

just wondering out of the blue, would it be possible to print stuff like chains? cant imagine what it woud look like, what can be done to not make the links fused together.

The trick is to design the links with enough space between them, so they don't fuse while printing. I don't know what kind of printer you have but for this you need a good one with well tuned profile and the melted plastic doesn't blob and stick the links together. It's not simple but with enough precision and spacing you will succeed.

tbh there's nothing you can't print right now except things with LIFE and isn't that quite scary
