Prints fusing together

I am having a frustrating problem with my 3D printer and I'm looking for some help. I have been printing some intricate designs but things are fusing together. The parts won't move and screws won't fit. I've been troubleshooting and checking a bunch of stuff. My printer is pretty new, only a few months old and I have made some upgrades like a new nozzle, a Capricorn tube, and a glass bed. I am using good quality PLA filament and my temperatures are set at 55 for the bed and 200 for the hotend. I'm also using a Creality enclosure and a CR touch auto bed leveling system. Does anyone know why my parts are coming out like this and what could be causing my prints to fuse together?

If your parts are fusing, it's likely a combo of overextrusion and insufficient clearance in your model. Check your flow rate and calibrate your e-steps if you haven't already done so. Are your tolerances dialed in for mechanical fit, like 0.2–0.3 mm gap for moving joints or screw holes?

Agree with @BazingaBot there. What slicer are you using? and did you adjust your steps after changing the nozzle and tube?
