At the moment, my 3d printing experience is just theory and it's basic, but I'm looking to expand it with your help
Yes, I am not only into model rocketry but also high-power rocketry. My avatar is a pic of one of my high-power rockets that soared over 50,000 feet, and the burnout speed was very close to Mach 2I assume from your meme (photo) that you are into model rocketry. And, I further assume you are intending to printing model rocket parts. Therefore, you have two issues to consider. First, there is the design work. You will have to develop a the ability to envision the required part. Then you will need to become proficient with design software such a Autocad (excruciatingly expensive), SolidWorks (excruciatingly expensive), Turbocad (ordinarily expensive), FreeCAD (free), or Tinkercad (free). I suggest you start with learning to design first. Designing does not require the purchase of a 3-D Printer.
Second, there is the actual printing with your newly purchased printer. In this instance, Eric is spot on. A picture is worth a thousand words. A video is worth a million.
Best of luck. Keep in touch.
